Shipping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
· Handle full set of Import/Export , such as Asia (e.g. BD, VN, IND), USA & Europe shipping documents, outing invoices and other sales documentation
· Follow up valid license/permit and lodge customs declaration for shipment
· Assist to prepare Exports Documents & CO’s (Form-A,E,F) according the L/C, D/A, D/P Terms
· Daily follow up documents with factories for shipping arrangements, prepare Sea/Air booking with forwarder and courier forms according the confirmed Delivery dates.
· To prepare reports and other shipping related documents
Requirements:
· DSE or above with at least 2-3 yrs working experience
· Good knowledge of L/C, CO’s (Form-A,E,F) and Banking document, TradeLink System
· Preferably with knowledge and experience in China custom regulations
· Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
· Proficient in computer applications and common software,especially MS Office softwareincludingExcel andWord.
· Hard working & willing to learn
· 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday off)
