What do you need to do...

-Monitor the shipment and shipping documentation (including courier waybill, air freight & ocean freight booking form etc.) to facilitate shipment arrangements and ensure smooth daily operations;

-Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)

-Familiar with Excel (e.g. vlookup)

-Strong liaison skills between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations;

-Deal with day to day logistics and warehouse interactions such as receiving, storage, and claims;

-System upload, update, analysis, reports and maintain the accuracy of data using company and warehouse related systems;

To be successful in this role, you will need

-Diploma or above in Logistics or related disciplines;

-At least 1-2 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics operation with fulfillment services experience;

-Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

-Self-Motivated, Independent, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;

-Familiar with computer skill;

-Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
