Job Description
- Dedicated service company loyal customers (Loyalty Customers), through proactive phone contact, build long-term trust relationships and brand loyalty.
- Handle the entire process of member orders, including confirming requirements, inputting the system, verifying information, coordinating logistics and following up on delivery status, ensuring zero order errors and seamless service connection.
- Assist members in updating their contact information, address, preference settings, and account security details in real-time, strictly abide by personal data privacy regulations, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of the CRM database.
- 5-10 years of customer service or telesales experience, familiar with membership marketing concepts or retail/e-commerce industry background, are preferred.
- Proficient in empathetic communication, able to quickly understand member needs and potential concerns, flexibly respond to common inquiries (such as expired points, exchange difficulties, abnormal membership status, etc.) and refer them to responsible units in a timely manner.
