Location: Yau Tsim Mong District (multiple prime locations in the busiest tourist areas, e.g., Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:

- Guaranteed monthly income: HK$20,000 – HK$25,000 (stable base, depending on experience and performance)

- Additional meal allowance provided

- Attractive commission and performance incentives (details to be discussed during interview)

Working Arrangement:

- Daily working hours: 7–10 hours per day

- Monthly rest days: 8–10 days off per month (rostered schedule)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-end and international clientele

- Provide product consultation on fine jewellery, diamonds, gold, and luxury accessories

- Achieve individual and store sales targets in a fast-paced, tourist-heavy retail environment

- Handle sales transactions, payments, and after-sales services professionally

- Maintain counter presentation, product display, and inventory standards

- Build rapport with repeat customers and tourists to drive sales and brand loyalty

Requirements

- Proficient in Tagalog (Filipino) – essential for serving Filipino-speaking customers

- Fluent in English (mandatory for international tourists)

- Good command of Mandarin and/or Cantonese (highly advantageous)

- Previous sales or retail experience is not required – attitude and willingness to learn are most important

- Positive, hardworking, eager to learn, and customer-oriented personality

- Presentable appearance suitable for a luxury brand environment

- Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

- Immediate availability preferred

Entry Requirements

- Must be fluent in **Philippine Tagalog** to serve Filipino customers

- Fluent **English** (essential for receiving international tourists)

- Good **Mandarin** and/or **Cantonese** skills (preferred)

- No sales or retail experience is necessary, the most important thing is to be willing to learn and do, and to be proactive

- Friendly, hard-working, and customer service-oriented

- Elegantly designed, suitable for luxury brand image

- Able to adapt to shifts, including weekends and public holidays
