Part-time maintenance assistant (basic technical support)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with simple maintenance and repair work (such as replacing small accessories, handling basic infrastructure issues)

• Perform general small repairs and maintenance, such as simple painting, changing light bulbs, and other necessary miscellaneous work

• Provide basic technical support for club facilities and equipment

• Conduct a simple inspection and report any damage or safety hazards

• Assist in the event venue layout and moving furniture/equipment

• Handle emergency maintenance needs according to the instructions of the shift manager

Requirements:

• With simple maintenance, use of tools and basic building maintenance knowledge

• Able to handle small technical issues and work according to instructions

• Responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently

• Can be on duty at weekends/volunteer work

• Applicants with repair or technical support experience will be given priority

We are looking for a reliable Part-time Maintenance Assistant to provide basic technical and maintenance support in our club facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with simple repair and maintenance work (e.g. fixtures, basic building issues)

• Perform general minor repair and maintenance works, such as simple painting, changing light bulbs and other small tasks as required

• Help with basic technical support for equipment and facilities

• Carry out simple checks and report any defects or safety hazards

• Support event setup and simple furniture / equipment arrangements

• Coordinate with the duty manager for urgent repair needs

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of simple repairs, tools and building maintenance

• Able to handle minor technical issues and follow instructions

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

• Able to work on weekends / evenings as required

• Previous maintenance or technical support experience is an advantage
