1) Responsible for the deployment and initial configuration of data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and SAN switches (main hardware brands: IBM, Lenovo). 2) Perform firmware and firmware upgrades for hardware devices. Conduct routine administration and inspection of hardware equipment.

3) Handle hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repair requests.

4) Manage the hardware lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and retirement.

5) IBM Certification is a must

Requirements:

• Familiar with Storage/server/operating system and other related technologies;
• Over 3 years direct IT experience with a proven track record in an international IT equipment company.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
• Any IBM's Certification is highly appreciated
