Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the technical and maintenance operations of residential properties. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in repair, renovation, and A&A works.

Location: Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day maintenance and technical operations of residential properties

• Oversee repair, maintenance, renovation, and A&A works

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution

• Monitor work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services or a related discipline, or Higher Diploma in a relevant field

• Relevant experience of at least 8 years (Degree holders) or 10 years (Higher Diploma holders)

• Minimum 6 years of solid technical experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation, and A&A works

• Strong technical knowledge with good problem-solving skills

• Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
