Job Description:

• Proactively provide professional customer service and loan advice to potential customers.

• Achieve individual targets on mortgage lending.

• Build strong rapport and provide expert advice to customers, delivering quality service and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Maintain good relationships and networks with mortgage agents and other potential business partners.

• Handle customers' inquiries, applications, and post-drawdown issues.

• Report to Management on sales progress from time to time.

Requirements:

• Strong background in mortgage sales; retired bankers are welcome.

• Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience in mortgage lending or a finance-related business within the banking sector.

• Sales-oriented and self-motivated.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Well-versed in loan processing, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being a good team player.

• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Manager.
