Job Description：

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with prospective clients to drive business expansion and meet assigned sales targets.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate their Financial needs, understand their risk profiles, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

• Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance/ Financial products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.

• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals, including policy terms, coverage details, and premium calculations, tailored to clients' specific requirements.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.

• Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and client retention metrics.

• Provide professional advice and guidance, covering insurance/financial products, choice of coverage, and risk management strategies.

• Prepare and submit a comprehensive insurance proposal, including policy terms, coverage details, and premium calculations, to meet the specific needs of the customer.

• Closely monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products, and provide customers with the most relevant and up-to-date information.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue targets, and customer retention metrics.

Requirement:

• Hold IIQE Paper 1, 3.

• With IIQE Paper 4, 5 would be an advantage.

• Degree Holder

• At least 2 years of experience in the Financial industry .

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

• Excellent working attitude and willing to learn

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferable

Requirements:

• Holding IIQE Paper 1, 3 qualification certificates.

• Having IIQE Paper 4, 5 qualification certificates will be an advantage.

• Have academic degrees and qualifications.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry.

• Positive and proactive work attitude, willing to learn.

• Proficient in written and oral expression in English and Chinese (especially Mandarin)
