• Operations and leadership: Responsible for the daily operation of the factory, ensure production safety, continuously optimize quality control and output efficiency; lead and motivate the team to achieve the company's strategic indicators.

• Advanced process management:

  • Deep supervisionMetal Injection Molding (MIM) and Powder MetallurgyProduction process from start to finish.

  • Ensure high-precision machine processing equipment is efficiently configured and stable in operation.

  • Collaborate with R&D department to optimize process paths and accelerate the landing and transformation of new products (NPI).

• Talent pipeline:

• Performance analysis and data-driven: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify production trends and potential growth space through data modeling.

• Compliance and safety: Strictly enforce industry safety standards and environmental protection regulations, and implement the "safety first" corporate culture to every work position.

Requirements:

• At least10 yearsFactory operations and management experience, especiallyPrecision machining and metallurgical industryHave profound accumulation.

• Deep understanding or practical experience of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in modern manufacturing, such as intelligent production scheduling, quality prediction, etc.

• Have excellent logical analysis skills, complex stress resistance problem solving abilities, and cross-departmental communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day factory activities with a relentless focus on workplace safety, output quality, and lean efficiency.

• Strategic Leadership: Empower and guide a diverse workforce to meet and exceed corporate milestones through long-term production roadmaps.

• Technical Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Manage sophisticated Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and Powder Metallurgy workflows.

  • Supervise the calibration and functioning of high-tolerance precision machining lines.

  • Partner with Engineering/R&D teams to refine manufacturing protocols and facilitate the transition of new designs to the shop floor.

• Culture & Capability Building:

  • Provide executive coaching to high-potential staff to secure the company’s internal leadership pipeline.

  • Drive a culture of "Kaizen" or continuous innovation across all manufacturing touchpoints.

• Data-Driven Oversight: Define and monitor critical performance benchmarks (KPIs), utilizing data analytics to spot operational trends and efficiency gaps.

• Regulatory Stewardship: Ensure the facility remains in total compliance with environmental mandates and safety legislation, fostering a "safety-first" workplace identity.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a decade’s experience in industrial plant management, specifically within metallurgical and precision machining sectors.

• A solid grasp of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be leveraged to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Exceptional diagnostic, analytical, and communicative abilities, with a proven knack for resolving complex operational hurdles.
