The Job:

·Provide efficient administrative and clerical support and co-ordination for internal departments including checking quotation, preparing tools for sales team, taking minutes, etc.

·Compile sales reports and meeting materials

·Prepare managerial report for management’s consideration

·Make sure all sales team’ s tasks completing on time

·Responsible for departmental documentation control

·Assist in ad hoc assignments/projects of sales team members

The Person:

·Diploma or above in any disciplines.

·Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

·Good communication skills in both Chinese & English

·Well organized, efficient , responsible and hardworking

·Strong numerical sense and attentive to details

·Immediate available is highly preferred
