Job Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data to support capital market development analysis, including industry trends, business practices, government policies, laws, regulations, taxation and other issues related to Hong Kong's competitiveness as an international financial center, with a focus on the development of Hong Kong's asset and wealth management industry

• Closely monitor the latest developments in the asset and wealth management field, and assist in the preparation of internal reference summary reports

• Assist in preparing various internal and external reports to ensure accurate and professional content

• Provide daily administrative and logistics support to the team, coordinate meeting arrangements, file management and data archiving, etc.

Work requirements

• University graduates, majoring in finance, economics, business or related sciences, are especially welcome

• Must have at least three years (not less than 36 months) of work experience in the financial industry or related field

• Have good analytical, writing, communication, project management, public speaking, and organizational skills

• Applicants with experience in using financial data platforms (such as Dealogic, Loan Connector, etc.) will be given additional points

• Able to work independently and effectively complete multiple tasks under pressure, attention to details and sense of responsibility
