We are a pioneering professional agency focusing on fundraising consultancy and donor recruitment for charitable organizations. Currently, we focus on a face-to-face (F2F) donor recruitment program. We serve various well-known international charities. Our mission is to help expand fundraising capacity of NGOs so as to increase their resources and ultimately to promote healthier social services in the community.

Duties

(A) The part of Admin

• Work all around clerical duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, record-keeping, welcome call, billings and daily operational work

• Assist with office operations, including calendars, attendance and leave records, office facilities management and provide administrative support to office

• Handle email/whatsapp screening, meeting scheduling, and materials preparation for the teams

• Support onboarding for new employees and handle basic HR-related matters

• Maintain stock levels through monthly checks and replenishment

• Team player and have good communication with other departments as well

(B) The part of Marketing

• Design & update the KS Facebook and IG

• Coordinate and planning social activities for staff and KS Club activities

• Design internal posters and training materials

Requirements

• Preferrably university graduated with 1 year of solid working experience, in particular in the administrative, PR or marketing field; newly university graduated candidates are welcome;

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva etc

• Strong organizational skills, service-minded, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

• Able to work independently, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Basic computer knowledge, able to handling both English and Chinese data input

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Fresh graduate are also welcome
