A leading IT company is hiring for Regional Marketing Director responsible for business in Hong Kong and Macau.

Resonsibilities:

• Align with the company’s global strategy and local market dynamics. Formulate forward-looking medium-to-long-term business strategies, market expansion plans, and annual objectives. Oversee execution, goal decomposition, performance tracking, and closed-loop review to ensure alignment with group strategy and lead regional industry direction.

• Take full responsibility for high-end market layout and deep cultivation in core sectors. Identify major opportunities, lead negotiation, closing, and delivery of landmark projects, expand market share and brand influence, and create industry benchmark cases.

• Build and develop a high-calibre regional core team covering sales, solution engineering, and other key functions. Establish clear structure, responsibilities, management systems, and incentive mechanisms to enhance team capabilities and cross-department collaboration.

• Engage deeply with channel partners, strategic partners, suppliers, and system integrators to build a high-value "government-enterprise-industry" win-win ecosystem. Lead joint solution development, resource integration, and co-marketing initiatives to enhance regional competitiveness.

• Engage at senior levels with government departments, regulatory authorities, industry associations, and key high-end customers. Conduct strategic communications and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships to support business development.

Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in IT services, software solutions, and cybersecurity sales, with strong exposure to the full chain covering mainframe, network, and security products. Proven track record in delivering large-scale complex projects in finance, telecom, and critical infrastructure.

• Demonstrated success in 0-to-1 market establishment and business breakthrough, including experience setting up regional offices and rapidly adapting to Hong Kong and Macau’s business processes, regulatory environment, and collaboration style.

• Strong network and resources in the high-end Hong Kong and Macau market, particularly with Mainland-backed financial institutions expanding overseas. Ability to bridge Mainland resources into local scenarios while maintaining fluent English for multinational engagements.

• Excellent strategic thinking, solution integration, and adaptability to respond quickly to Hong Kong and Macau’s regulatory changes and evolving customer needs. Ability to craft differentiated, integrated solutions combining Digital Intelligence, IT platforms, and Cloud Network Security.

• Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams (sales, solution engineering, pre-sales), with strong stakeholder management skills at C-level and government-enterprise levels
