Job Description
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan, coordinate, and execute engaging promotional events aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, target audience preferences, and competitive insights to shape effective event strategies.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance attendee experience, increase engagement, and improve overall satisfaction during events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event operations and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback and performance metrics to evaluate success, measure ROI, and recommend improvements for future activities.
