Job Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement localized marketing initiatives to recruit potential test takers, including digital advertising, school outreach programs and information sessions.

2.Drive the promotion of test preparation courses and package services to maximize candidate participation and retention.

3.Adjust global marketing strategies to fit local market needs; monitor campaign performance and submit detailed ROI reports to line managers.

4.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, clarifying test-related policies, formats and benefits; gather feedback to enhance service quality and marketing efficiency.

5.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with higher education institutions, language training centers and relevant service providers to expand candidate sources.

6.Ensure all promotional activities adhere to corporate brand standards and compliance regulations; maintain comprehensive records of outreach efforts and candidate conversion data.

Skills & Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Education or related fields.

2.Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin preferred).

3.Experience in marketing, sales, or education outreach.

4.Ability to work cross-culturally and liaise with international stakeholders.

5.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of tracking multiple campaigns simultaneously.

6.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
