Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the code implementation and debugging of existing and new algorithms.
2. Responsible for the research and implementation of algorithms related to digital imaging, signal processing, and data analysis.
3. Responsible for liaising with software and hardware teams to ensure requirements alignment.
4. Possess the ability to design algorithms and perform simulation analysis, as well as a solid understanding of common software design processes and development methodologies.
5. Responsible for drafting algorithm-related documentation and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Qualifications:
1. PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Precision Instrumentation, Optical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines
2. Experience in algorithm development; experience in digital image and signal processing is preferred
3. Proficient in the theories and methods of mathematical statistics and error analysis, with experience in their application to metrology and quantitative data analysis
4. Proficient in programming languages
5. Experience in optical fields such as image recognition and interferometer image processing is preferred
