<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Process pre-approval medical insurance cases with the terms and conditions of the policy</p></li><li><p>Facilitate the services support to network provider and panel medical stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Negotiate and communication with Insurance Company for pre-approval cases</p></li><li><p>Handle pre-approval inquiries and providing high quality service to our clients</p></li><li><p>Liaise with relevant parties, handle ad-hoc duties assigned by manager</p></li><li><p>Handle case management for entire process</p></li><li><p>Provide quality customer services to our customers</p></li><li><p>Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent working experience</p></li><li><p>Experience at insurance/ medical industry or in any professional CS industry</p></li><li><p>Experience in handling of medical pre-approval is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Excellent customer services skill experience; self-motivated and good team player</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing</p></li><li><p>Relevant medical knowledge is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Internal mobility is supported</p></li><li><p>Experience in administration is an advantage</p></li><li><p><strong>IANG also will be considered</strong></p></li><li><p>Good command in Cantonese/ English/ Mandarin</p></li></ul>
