With the increasing demand for cross-border medical and health management from high-net-worth clients, we are seeking an expert with a medical background, product analysis capabilities, and event coordination skills to join us in building an industry-leading closed-loop healthcare service.

[Core Responsibilities]

1. Event & Resource Management:Customized Events: Plan and coordinate high-end events for high-net-worth clients (HNW) and our business team. These include, but are not limited to: lectures by renowned Hong Kong/Mainland doctors, overseas medical check-up tours, private hospital tours, and preventative medicine seminars.

Medical Network Maintenance:Maintain close contact with Hong Kong private hospitals, high-end medical institutions in Mainland China, and international TPAs to obtain the latest medical information and expedited access resources.

2. Medical Consulting:Two-way Research: Thoroughly understand the differences in terms, coverage, and premium trends of Hong Kong's Voluntary Health Insurance (VHIS), high-end medical insurance, and mainstream mid-to-high-end medical insurance in Mainland China.

Case Assessment:Assist business team in handling complex pre-underwriting consultations and provide professional medical assessment advice for clients' pre-existing conditions.

3. Business Team Community Real-Time Empowerment (Sales Enablement & Group Support)

Instant Q&A: Responsible for daily consultations within the business team service group, providing rapid and professional responses to frontline pain points such as "differences between medical systems in Hong Kong and mainland China," "claims processes," and "direct billing."

Content Production: Transform complex medical terms or medical knowledge into easily disseminated "sales tips," comparison tables, or training materials to improve business team professional conversion rate.

[Job Requirements]

Background Requirements: Priority will be given to candidates with a degree in nursing, clinical medicine, public health, or biomedical sciences. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance brokerage, insurance companies, or high-end medical institutions (TPA/Concierge Service).

Professional Skills: Familiar with the medical systems of Hong Kong and Mainland China (especially the Greater Bay Area), and understand cross-border medical referral processes.

Possesses exceptional product breakdown skills, clearly explaining the differences between various products in terms of "claims amount, coverage area, and advance payment services."

Core Soft Skills:

Communication:Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to gracefully act as a translator and bridge between doctors, clients, and brokers.

Responsiveness:Adaptable to Hong Kong's fast-paced work environment, capable of handling multiple community inquiries and event details simultaneously.

Language Skills:Excellent fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
