We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.

Strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.

Experience in medical products

Established network of potential clients or industry contacts.

Multilingual skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin (optional but a plus).

Compensation

Commission-based or project-based, negotiable depending on experience and scope
