Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader in formulating research strategies for the science and Innovation Medical Device, focusing on innovation medical devices, technology venture models, and the analysis of regional science and innovation policy environments.

• Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of the technology startup medical devices, including: incubation models for early-stage technology projects, growth paths for hard-tech startup teams, industry-university-research collaborative innovation mechanisms, and capacity-building systems for entrepreneurs.

• Research development trends in innovation, analyzing models for cultivating sci-tech innovation talent.

• Monitor and analyze regional policies and industry trends, focusing on the impact of support policies for science and innovation on technology ventures.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher; preference given to majors in Innovation Management, Science & Technology Policy, Industrial Economics, Engineering Management, or related fields.

• Strong interest and deep thinking regarding technology startups, hard-tech industrialization, and innovation; preference given to those familiar with startup Medical Device.

• Minimum of 5 years of research experience with work backgrounds in incubators, investment institutions, technology companies, higher education institutions, or related research organizations.

• Agile thinking, adept at embracing new concepts, with the ability to quickly understand cutting-edge technologies, innovation models, and educational philosophies, possessing interdisciplinary learning and integration capabilities.

• Excellent written communication and data analysis skills, capable of transforming phenomena in science/innovation into clear research insights.

• Strong learning drive and an open mindset, willing to engage directly at the grassroots level to understand the real needs of entrepreneurs, students, and educators.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
