Responsibilities

• Act as a Company Ambassador to foster and strengthen the cordial partnership relations between the Company and the Members
• Provides and maintain quality and professional services to members by promptly answering enquiries from local and overseas member, giving correct advice and assistance to members.
• Process all kind of local and international orders from Members.
• Assists supervisor to resolve member’s complaints.
• Support all company other related activities (including various Company’s functions and sales events)
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma holder and above
• 1-2 years or above of working experience as customer service role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing
• Customer oriented with detail-minded, good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Immediate available will be an advantage
