Responsibilities:

• Administer daily membership services and relations functions, ensuring a perfect experience for all members

• Manage all aspects of members’ application process ensuring that members receive a prompt and high quality service

• Develop and formulate strategies for recruiting and retaining members, ensuring a compelling value proposition

• Manage member communications to ensure visibility and understanding of membership services and benefits

• Monitor service standards in enhancing efficiency including annual membership renewals and feedback handling, etc

• Provide creative proposal and events management includingconcept development, budgeting, production and logistic development

• Implement social media and content strategy to drive brand awareness

• Plan and execute the marketing / membership campaigns and promotion programs

• Collect marketing information and trend in Central

• Supervise a junior Graphic Designer

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communications / Media or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in membership management, public relations, marketing or communications field

• Strong understanding of membership management and environment

• Good business sense with planning and organizational abilities

• Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills to communicate with different people and handle members’ issues

• Outgoing, independent and willing to learn and take initiative

• High intellectual curiosity, energetic, creative and personal integrity

• Creative thinking with strong analytic skill

• Familiar with multiple marketing platforms/channels including publications and social media

• Experience inEntertainment, Clubbing and F&B field is an advantage

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must, Putonghua is essential
