Store location: Tsim Sha Tsui/ causeway bay/ Tsim Sha Tsui/ Admiralty

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for daily sales and customer service in the store, actively introducing product features and brand stories

· Process cash register, packaging and inventory management to ensure smooth store operations

· Maintain store cleanliness and product display beauty to enhance customer shopping experience

· Assist with online order processing, phone inquiries, and post-purchase follow-up · Collect customer feedback and assist with brand promotion activities (such as holiday limited edition, tasting events)

Entry Requirements

· Strong interest in retail and baked goods, with good communication and sales skills

· Proactive and positive, friendly and polite, responsible and team-oriented

· Priority will be given to those with retail, service or specialty food sales experience

· Able to speak fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is even better

· Immediate employment is preferred, students or part-time workers are welcome to apply
