Job Description
Duties:

1. Based on the company's overall capital operation plan, formulate and implement overseas market expansion plans for Hong Kong, Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region, search, screen and evaluate potential acquisition targets.

2. Responsible for the full process management of overseas acquisitions, including preliminary industry research, target company investigation, feasibility analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, transaction structure design and negotiation support.

3. Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local financial institutions, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks and intermediary institutions, and expand project sources.

4. Organize and participate in due diligence, coordinate internal and external teams (financial, legal, technical, etc.) to complete the feasibility study, due diligence, drafting and closing of transaction documents for acquisition projects.

5. Track macroeconomic, industry policies and competitive landscape changes in the Asia-Pacific region, submit regular research reports, and provide support for M&A decisions.

6. Assist in designing post-merger integration solutions, participate in post-investment management phase coordination and monitoring work.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, with a background in finance, economics, law, business or related fields, and with knowledge of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

2. More than 5 years of cross-border investment and financing or M&A related experience, of which at least 3 years are focused on the Asia-Pacific market (Hong Kong and Singapore are preferred), with successful M&A cases.

3. Familiar with SPAC merger and acquisition process, international capital market rules and NASDAQ regulatory requirements.

4. Have excellent financial analysis, valuation modeling and transaction design skills, and be able to independently complete investment feasibility reports.

5. Excellent business negotiation, cross-cultural communication and resource integration skills, suitable for high-frequency business trips.

6. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language; those who master Mandarin, Cantonese or Southeast Asian languages are preferred.
