Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM system implementation
• Customize and configure the CRM system to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues or bugs
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the CRM software with other business systems
• Assist in data migration and system upgrades
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Cloud solution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Business / Accounting or equivalent
• Knowledge in CRM / ERP / BI / reporting solutions such as: Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operation, Business Central, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Epicor will be an advantage
• Familiar with Salesforce Automation, Loyalty, Service Management knowledge is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good at handling customer enquiry with good sense of business acumen and teamwork mindset
• Eager to learn new products and solutions
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Fresh Grad and Less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant
