Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP system implementation
• Customize and configure the ERP system to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues or bugs
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP software with other business systems
• Assist in data migration and system upgrades
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Cloud solution

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Accounting / Business or equivalent
• Knowledge in ERP / BI / reporting solutions such as: NAV, Business Central, SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Epicor will be an advantage
• Familiar with trading workflow, basic accounting knowledge is a must
• Knowledge in programming with (any of) languages: AL.C/AL.VB/.NET/C#/HTML/SQL/Pascal/PHP will definitely be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good at handling customer enquiry with good sense of business acumen and teamwork mindset
• Eager to learn new products and solutions
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Fresh Grad and Less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant
