Job Description

Drive sales of alcoholic beverages to on-trade and off-trade clients (e.g., bars, restaurants, retailers) in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional events to boost brand awareness. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the sales team. Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell alcoholic beverages to bar, restaurant and retailers in the designated area to both on-trade and off-trade customers, actively expand new customers and improve sales performance.
  • Regularly visit existing customers, understand their needs, provide professional advice, optimize product display and inventory management, and ensure stable orders and sales growth.
  • Plan and execute product introduction meetings, tasting activities and various brand promotion activities to enhance consumers’ brand awareness and preference.
  • Establish and maintain long-term good relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote repeat purchases and deeper cooperation.
  • Accurately record sales data and customer feedback, submit sales reports on time, and achieve the monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Monitor market dynamics and consumer trends, track competitors' product strategies and promotional activities, and provide timely market insights and response suggestions to senior management.

Work requirements

  • Have alcohol beverage sales experience, familiar with food and beverage or retail channel operators are preferred.
  • Those who understand cocktail-making skills or have received cocktail-making training are especially good, as they can demonstrate cocktail-making at promotional activities to attract customers and consumers.
  • Love sales work, with strong goal orientation and self-motivation, able to independently complete business expansion within the region.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills can effectively establish trust relationships with different types of customers.
  • Basic Chinese reading and writing skills, understanding Cantonese, and being able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin or English is even better.
  • Need to provide your own transportation and be able to adapt to a frequent out-of-office mode to visit customers.
