Duties:
Safety and compliance management: Ensure that all company operations comply with all applicable Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department regulations, rules, instructions and international standards. Ensure that vehicle operation routes and operation vehicles comply with Hong Kong Civil Aviation-related management regulations to ensure their safety.
Develop and implement a safety management system (SMS): Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving a safety management system in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) of Hong Kong, including risk management, safety assessment, accident investigation and corrective/preventive measures, etc.
Risk prediction and management: Identify, assess and control safety risks related to company operations, and develop corresponding mitigation measures. Conduct risk assessments and regularly update risk assessment results.
Accident and event investigation: Participate in the investigation of accidents and events, analyze the causes of accidents, and develop corrective and preventive measures to prevent similar events from happening again.
Safety indicator monitoring and reporting: Track and analyze key safety indicators and report safety performance to management on a regular basis.
Security audits and checks: Conduct internal security audits and checks to ensure the company meets safety compliance requirements and promptly correct any deficiencies found.
Safety training and awareness: Provide safety training and awareness education (including new employee training) to employees, enhance their safety awareness and skills.
Communicate with regulatory authorities: Represent the company in communicating and coordinating with the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department and other relevant regulatory authorities.
File Management: Maintain all security-related files and records, ensuring that files are complete, accurate, and timely updated.
Safety culture building: Create a positive safety culture within the company and encourage employees to actively participate in safety management.

Safety Metrics Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key safety metrics and regularly report safety performance to management.
Security audits and inspections: Conduct internal security audits and inspections to ensure that the company meets security compliance requirements and promptly correct any deficiencies found.
Security Training and Awareness: Provide security training and awareness education (including new employee training) to improve employees' security awareness and skills.
Communicate with regulatory agencies: Represent the company to communicate and coordinate with the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department and other relevant regulatory agencies.
File management: Maintain all security-related documents and records to ensure they are complete, accurate and timely updated.
Safety Culture Construction: Create a positive safety culture within the company and encourage employees to actively participate in safety management.
Continuous improvement: Continuously improve the safety management system to enhance the company's safety level.
Qualifications:
Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in aviation engineering, aviation management, safety management or related fields. Having a professional qualification certificate in civil aviation will be more advantageous.
Work Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in the civil aviation industry, with at least 3-5 years of experience in safety management or compliance.
Professional knowledge: Proficient in ICAO Annexes, Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department regulations, rules and directives, as well as relevant safety management system standards. Familiar with the implementation and operation of Aviation Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualification Certificate: Possess relevant safety management qualification certificates or professional qualification certificates, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
Skills:

Able to write clear and concise reports; good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Qualifications:
