Responsibilities

Delivers a quality operational performance and fully comply with the related group policy and MPF ordinance and regulations

Deliver tasks and projects assigned to meet quality and deadline

Monitor and undertake quality checking and related activities on administrative service including those provided by other team

Conduct and support due diligence, internal review and related activities to facilitate the monitoring of admin service

Support initiatives to enhance customer experience via streamlining and digital journey

Ensure daily processing are complied with regulatory timeline and agreed service turnaround time
