Work content

• Information technology support: Responsible for the daily maintenance and technical support of the company's computer hardware, software, network and office equipment.

• Website and backend management: Responsible for the daily operation, content update and backend system management (such as Zoho, WordPress, Shopify, etc. CMS systems) of the company's website.

• Multimedia production and outdoor shooting: Responsible for planning, shooting and editing company promotional films (including social media shorts, Reels/Shorts, etc.), as well as assisting in the shooting of company activities.

• Flat and image processing: Responsible for product retouching, image compositing, and creating image assets for social media and websites.

Work requirements

• Education and experience: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, multimedia design, creative media or related sciences; those with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience are preferred.

• IT Skills: Familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems and basic network settings; have website backend management and basic maintenance experience.

• Graphic design skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especiallyPhotoshop And Illustrator) Perform high-quality image editing and layout.

• Film shooting and editing: Familiar with basic photography and video recording equipment operations, and proficient in editing tools / programs (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, etc.)

• Shooting skills: Familiar with cameras (DSLR / Mirrorless), microphones, lights, etc. basic shooting equipment operation; enjoy going out to work and adapting to different shooting environments.

• Have good communication skills in Chinese and English; sense of responsibility, good problem-solving ability, able to work independently and willing to proactive learning New technologies.

Salary and benefits

• Expected salary: HK$16,000 - HK$24,000 / month (depending on work experience)

• Five days work week: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Paid annual leave

Job Responsibilities

• Website & Backend Management: Manage the daily operations, content updates, and backend administration of company websites (e.g., CMS platforms like Zoho, WordPress, Shopify).

• Multimedia Production & Outdoor Shooting: Plan, shoot, and edit company promotional videos (including social media clips, Reels/Shorts), and assist in photo/video shooting for company events.

• Graphic & Image Editing: Handle product photo retouching, image compositing, and create graphic materials for social media and websites.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or related disciplines. 1-3 years of relevant working experience is highly preferred.

• IT Skills: Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as basic network configurations; hands-on experience in website backend management and basic maintenance.

• Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) for high-quality photo retouching and layout design.

• Video Editing: Proficient in video editing tools/software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).

• Shooting Skills: Familiar with operating cameras (DSLR / Mirrorless), microphones, lighting, and other basic shooting equipment. Willing to work outdoors for material sourcing and adapt to various shooting environments.

• Personal Attributes: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; responsible, possess strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently, and willing to proactively learn new technologies.
