Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Operations:

    • Execute daily operational tasks and conduct regular operational inspections.

    • Handle operational issues (data/process/exception identification) based on established rules, and provide feedback on existing policies.

  2. Corporate Entity Management:

    • Manage the establishment, maintenance, amendment, and annual review of corporate entities.

    • Oversee the administration of corporate and business documentation.

  3. Operational Audits:

    • Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of business processes in line with management requirements and business development.

    • Drive corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.

  4. Partner and Procurement Management:

    • Manage partner onboarding, annual reviews, and compliance rectification.

    • Facilitate procurement processes, including vendor selection and evaluation through the procurement committee.

  5. Operational Process Improvement:

    • Support the development and optimization of operational systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with business needs and management directives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or product management. Experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role is a plus.

  2. Background in finance or related fields, with solid knowledge of operational management. Familiarity with TO C project management, business operations, and corporate entity administration is preferred.

  3. Objective, meticulous, responsible, and pragmatic, with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. A team player capable of driving cross-departmental projects to ensure operational and client requirements are met.

  4. Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and information system requirements design, with the ability to contribute to IT solution planning.

  5. Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with the ability to effectively liaise between mainland and Hong Kong stakeholders.
