Network System Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide three-level upgrade support for complex network issues, and perform advanced fault diagnosis and resolution.

• Establish, execute and maintain standard processes and procedures to meet the service level agreement (SLA) of internal and external partners and customers.

• Drive improvements to existing processes and procedures to address issues affecting network infrastructure availability, security or integrity.

• Actively research and explore new tools and technologies to improve team efficiency.

• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively, complete tasks on time, and handle high-pressure situations comfortably. Effectively manage team utilization.

• Participate in project implementation activities, including cross-regional network deployment, cloud network integration projects, etc.

Requirements

• Need a bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related fields

• 8 years or more of network engineering experience, those with large enterprise or service provider network hosting experience are preferred.

• Candidates with network hosting services experience are preferred.

• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, HCIE or equivalent qualifications.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and have good English reading and writing abilities.

• Able to accept working in Hong Kong, with the company providing work visa support (if applicable).

• Experience-limited candidates will consider taking on a network consulting role.
