The company serves customers worldwide and is known for its dynamic and multicultural work environment.</p><p>Location: Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District</p><p>Nature: Permanent</p><p></p><p>Job Title:<strong> Network Engineer (Network Infrastructure, Firewall, Project Implementation)</strong></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>• Provide second-tier technical support for daily system and network infrastructure operations.</p><p>• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues efficiently.</p><p>• Plan, design, and implement system and network solutions, including data center, LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.</p><p>• Conduct project implementation, including system installation, configuration, testing, and change requests.</p><p>• Offer technical expertise in network infrastructure design, configuration, and project deployment.</p><p>• Manage testing and certification of network designs, products, and services.</p><p>• Prepare network diagrams and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.</p><p>• Perform system and network changes, patch updates, and support ad hoc infrastructure tasks.</p><p>• Ensure network resilience, security, and optimal performance.</p><p>• Maintain a five-day work week and participate in training and staff wellness programs.</p><p>• Adhere to company policies on confidentiality and data privacy in all tasks.</p><p></p><p>Requirements</p><p></p><p>• Diploma in Computer Information Technology or related discipline.</p><p>• Minimum 3 years of technical support and administration experience on Windows and Linux platforms.</p><p>• Certification in CCNA, CCNP, FCA, or MCSE is an advantage.</p><p>• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.</p><p>• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and H3C switches preferred.</p><p>• Strong understanding of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, policy-based routing, load balancing, and network segmentation.</p><p>• Experience with virtualization software.</p><p>• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>• Good team player, willing to learn, and adaptable.</p><p>• Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.</p><p>• Willingness to work after office hours and travel when required.</p><p>• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.</p><p>• Eligible to receive performance bonus, medical and dental insurance, staff purchase discounts, and leave benefits including full pay sick leave, birthday leave, and examination leave.</p><p></p>
