Provide customer service through multiple channels (such as phone, email, real-time chat) and in a timely manner to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities

• Answer general inquiries in a positive, friendly, and professional manner

• Meet and follow up with customers through phone and email to meet their different service needs

• Provide assistance and guidance to electronic platform and mobile app users

• Follow all monitoring and service regulations to ensure the hotline runs smoothly

• Working location: Mifflin

• Time: Sunday Monday (shifts, working 5 days a week, 9.5 hours a day)

• Night shift: 1230 pm -0000 am

Position requirements

• Second 5 or above

• Welcome fresh graduates to apply

• Good Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin

• Understand Chinese and English input methods

• Basic IT knowledge/ Helpdesk experience is preferred
