Job Responsibilities:
Build a school teaching system, design a curriculum framework (aligned with international standards), and monitor teaching quality;
Lead the construction of the instructor team, develop training plans (teaching methods, course design, evaluation system), and enhance teacher abilities;
Track student academic performance, establish an evaluation mechanism, and work with the homeroom teacher to develop personalized improvement plans;
Collaborate with the principal to promote teaching innovation and respond to education regulatory department evaluation.
Requirements:
5 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years of teaching management experience (international/dual-language schools preferred);
Holding a Hong Kong teaching qualification or international teaching certification (such as PGDE, TESOL) ;
Familiar with international curriculum systems (IB, DSE, AP, etc.), with curriculum development capabilities;
Strengthen team management and communication skills, promote high-efficiency collaboration among teaching teams;
Sensitive to educational innovation, and good at using new technologies (such as AI teaching tools) to empower classrooms.
