Job Description
- Provide basic care services in nursing homes and dormitories operated by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to support the daily health needs of the elderly.
- Assist the registration nurse or registered nurse in patient evaluation, vital sign monitoring, and medication management.
- Regularly inspect the status of the residents, record changes in their health and report abnormal situations to higher authorities.
- Assist the elderly with personal hygiene care, including feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and toilet support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in case conferences, and promote person-centered nursing plans.
- Hold a recognized institution's registration nurse (Enrolled Nurse) qualification and valid practice license.
- Sexual conviction record check and a medical report
- Have experience working in long-term care or nursing homes, familiar with common diseases and care needs of the elderly.
- Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with the elderly, families and team members.
- Have basic first aid knowledge and infection control awareness, and be able to follow the institution's safety regulations.
- Able to work independently and adapt to flexible work schedule arrangements, including shift work or holiday work.
