Consultant Assistant + Needle Girl

• Main assistance sales handle sales business, customer after-sales processing and assist doctors in carrying out treatment

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist sales, handle daily operations

• Provide professional advice and knowledge to customers

• Assist customers in arranging treatments and appointments, registration and inquiries

• Follow up on customer treatment and maintain good relations with customers

• Assist the doctor in providing pre-treatment and post-treatment procedures (such as laser, botox, etc.)

• Assist registered doctors with their daily operations, including handling patient files and treatment room items

• Manage and process pre-treatment and post-treatment photos, etc.

• Assist the doctor in performing the treatment safely and professionally

• Assist in the operation of the company's daily affairs, prescription and follow-up work

• Provide professional and attentive service to guests

• Must work overtime, and the overtime hours can be made up by working extra hours

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those who wish to develop in the medical beauty or cosmetics sales department

• Must have at least 1 year of relevant medical aesthetics assistant experience

• Honest and hard-working, serious and punctual work attitude

• Good team spirit, able to closely cooperate with colleagues from different positions

• Second 5 or above, able to read and write Chinese, understand Mandarin and simple English

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 11:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 11:00 to 19:00

Salary: $18,000 to $40,000 per month (depending on experience)
