Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-time instructor for the HKRN Hong Kong Nurse or USRN American Nurse Qualification Examination Training Project, responsible for course design, teaching and learning effectiveness evaluation.

• Participate in curriculum development team collaboration, continuously optimize teaching materials, simulation test questions and teaching methods, and improve overall pass rate and student satisfaction.

• Support admission information sessions, online live lectures and student counseling activities, showcase your professional image and strengthen brand trust.

• Holding a valid HKRN Hong Kong Registered Nurse license, or a USRN American Registered Nurse license; those with nursing clinical practice experience are especially recommended.

• Master's degree is the basic requirement; Bachelor's degree or above must have excellent academic performance and pass the internal teaching potential evaluation.

• English proficiency at the CET-6 level or above (students in English-related majors must have TEM-4 or equivalent qualifications), able to fluently use English for teaching, writing lecture notes and answering questions; Cantonese and Mandarin communication is natural and fluent.

• Have at least 1 to 3 years of teaching, training, clinical supervision or nursing education-related work experience; those with online teaching or distance counseling experience are preferred for employment.

• High sense of responsibility and empathy, patient in responding to students’ needs; good time management skills, adaptable to hybrid office mode (including physical classrooms, online meetings and distance learning).
