Job Description
Job Title: Registered Physical Therapist (Kindergarten Services)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional individual physical therapy evaluation for kindergarten children, with a service time of 60 minutes each, and a comprehensive evaluation of motor development, muscle tone, balance and coordination, gross and fine motor function, etc.
- Based on the evaluation results, develop a personalized intervention plan, and implement one-on-one physical therapy training for 60 minutes per session to promote children’s basic motor skills and daily functional performance.
- Lead a group of physical therapy exercises (with 2 to 4 children per group), through structured activities to enhance action participation, imitation ability and social action performance in group interaction, with each session lasting 60 minutes.
- Provide on-site services at kindergartens or early education centers in areas such as Quan Wan, Kui Wo, Shun Shui Po, Mong Kok, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tseung Kwan O and Tung Chung, one to two days per week, and Saturday service if necessary.
Requirements:
- Have five or more years of direct service experience with children from 3 to 6 years old, familiar with preschool children's development milestones, common developmental delays (such as motor difficulties, low muscle tone, sensory processing difficulties, etc.) and appropriate intervention strategies.
- Through the "Sexual Conviction Record Check" (SORC), and be able to submit a valid check before employment.
- Have good writing skills in Chinese and English, be able to independently complete professional documents, including evaluation reports, intervention plans and home advice, with clear content, meeting professional standards and institutional format requirements.
- Have flexible time management skills, be able to adapt to the kindergarten academic year cycle (April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027), daily 09:00–17:00 service hours, and occasional Saturday support needs; and at the same time, you must have the ability to travel on your own, covering the designated service area.
