Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide all-round secretarial and administrative supports to the Director
Handle admin duties such as water and stationery purchase
Liaise, coordinate and follow up with both internal and external parties on day to day business operations
Provide clerical support
Perform daily and regular office management and administration duties
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
At least3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Immediate available or short notice is a definite advantage
