Job Description
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid Hong Kong permanent residency OR a Hong Kong work visa that is self-renewable.

Job Description:

Office Administration Management: Maintain office environment and facilities, manage procurement of office supplies, handle courier and logistics arrangements, and oversee fixed asset management.

Documentation & Compliance: Assist in the annual renewal of licenses related to labor dispatch and company secretarial services (e.g., TCSP license) and perform basic document filing to ensure compliance with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

Vendor Management: Liaise with property management, insurance providers, telecommunications companies, and other outsourced service suppliers.

Executive Support: Arrange complex travel itineraries for senior management (including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation) and prepare detailed travel schedules.

Business Collaboration: Support recruitment and labor dispatch teams with basic candidate documentation and onboarding file preparation. Draft and translate simple business correspondence, announcements, and internal documents in English and Chinese.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines.

Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or assistant roles. Experience in Hong Kong company secretarial firms, recruitment agencies, or as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals is an advantage.

Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (ability to handle bilingual contracts and external communications is essential).

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Hong Kong commercial compliance regulations is preferred.
