​Job Overview

​Main responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)

1. Administrative and daily operations

​Front Desk Reception: Responsible for answering phones, receiving visitors and interviewees, and showcasing the company's professional image.

​Mail logistics: Process incoming and outgoing mail, express delivery and parcel distribution.

​Environmental maintenance: Ensure the meeting rooms, tea rooms and public areas are clean and well-stocked with supplies (such as coffee, snacks).

​2. Office supplies management

​Purchase and inventory: Monitor and order office supplies (stationery, paper, printer cartridges), control administrative budgets.

​Supplier maintenance: Keep in touch with cleaning companies, repair vendors, and property management units to ensure that all facilities are operating normally.

​3. Activities and itinerary

​Meeting assistance: Assist in booking meeting rooms, arranging video conferencing equipment, and preparing meeting snacks if necessary.

​Employee activities: Assist in organizing company cultural activities, holiday dinners or Team Building.

​Travel Management: (depending on demand) Assist employees in booking flights, hotels and itinerary planning.

4. Human resources and financial support

​Entry preparation: Assist new employees with the onboarding process, including preparing office seats, receiving identification cards and software licenses.

​Reimbursement processing: Assist in handling office-related invoices and administrative expenses Reimbursement.

​Position requirements (Requirements)

​Education: Bachelor's degree or above (administration, business, etc. related professional preferred).

​Experience: 1-3 years of administrative, front desk or related customer service experience (welcome excellent social fresh graduates)

​Software skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software (especially Outlook, Excel, Word) and online collaboration tools.

​Language skills: Good oral and written communication skills.

​Core traits: * Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

Strong affinity, with a service attitude and a positive attitude towards solving problems.

High attention to detail, with a pursuit of work details.
