<p>Salary: 25k - 28k x 13 + Bonus</p><p>Location: Tsim Sha Tsui</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage marketing and leasing activities for commercial properties in Hong Kong and overseas.</li><li>Perform market research, feasibility studies, rental evaluations, and data analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with real estate agents, prospective tenants, and existing tenants to facilitate new leases and renewals.</li><li>Work with property management teams and handle related tasks for commercial properties.</li><li>Support the creation of presentation materials.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.</li><li>Proactive, outgoing, responsible, and committed to integrity.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to numerical data.</li><li>Customer-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li></ul>
