Job Description
Our client:
Our client is currently looking for (Senior) Project Officer to provide administrative support. Candidate with CS/Admin/Project coordination experience is preferred. Competitive salary will be offered for the right candidate.
Project Officer (On-site Inspection)
Conduct regular on-site inspections and quality control checks of projects
Monitor project progress and verify physical deliverables
Prepare detailed inspection reports and follow up on non-compliance issues
Liaise with project owners and stakeholders during site visits
Project Officer (Administration)
Process applications and review progress reports with supporting documents
Prepare documentation and maintain project database
Handle enquiries and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
Compile statistical reports and maintain proper filing system
Requirement:
Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline
2 years experience in administration or customer services experience is required
Proactive and positive work attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Typing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer.
