【Large Bank】 (Assistant) Online Banking Center Manager
Location: Kowloon District| 5-day work (Mon–Sun 09:00 – 18:00 on shift)Labor: 23-28K X 12 + BonusResponsibilities:
Outbound contact with new and old customers, promote/notify and answer inquiries
Record customer feedback, update CRM system and handle complaints
Analyze customer Data to continuously improve Service Quality
Basic conditions (Requirements):
3 years or more Banking/Financial Industry Outbound call or Telemarketing experience
Chinese and English typing at 50 WPM or above
Strong communication skills, good customer service attitude and stress resistance ability
