Job Description
- According to the manager's instructions, efficiently process customer orders, including data input, verification, tracking and status updates, to ensure accurate and smooth order processing.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, and other office software for data processing, report creation, and file editing, supporting daily operations and customer communication needs.
- Based on different customer needs, the team designs and executes personalized discount promotion plans to enhance customer satisfaction and willingness to reorder.
- Flexible entry and exit from the office according to actual work arrangements, participate in necessary meetings, training or cross-departmental collaboration, maintain team synchronization and information flow.
- Have basic computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filtering, and summarization) and Word document processing, and able to complete daily documents and data tasks independently.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient in understanding customer needs, clearly communicate solution content, and properly handle abnormal situations.
- Have basic logical analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to propose reasonable discount suggestions based on customer background and sales goals.
- Positive and proactive work attitude, able to adapt to flexible working hours and partial field work arrangements, with time management and multi-task processing abilities.
- Willing to learn and comply with company policies and procedures, those with purchasing-related experience will be given priority, those with no experience are also welcome to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided.
