Operating Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for departmental daily administrative affairs, including data input, file sorting, archiving, copying and other clerical work, ensuring smooth and efficient office procedures.
  • Manage office inventory, regularly check and replenish stationery, equipment and promotional items, and maintain a good office environment and supply of materials.
  • Assist in arranging internal meetings, prepare agenda documents, record meeting highlights and follow up on relevant action items.
  • Support the preparation and execution of various company activities, including venue decoration, logistics transportation, equipment setup, and post-event recovery work.
  • Reply to customer inquiries, provide basic information support, and refer complex cases to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate internal resources, respond to various department operation needs, promote cross-departmental cooperation and problem solving.
  • Accurately input and update operational data in the system, maintain the integrity of the customer database and related system information.
  • Use Excel and other tools to organize, analyze and create basic reports to support decision-making and operational reviews.
  • Maintain close communication with market, finance and other departments to ensure timely and accurate information transmission, and effectively follow up on collaborative matters.

Work requirements

  • Grade Six (high school) or above, fresh graduates or those with 1 to 2 years of administrative, customer service or operational support experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic data processing capabilities.
  • Have good Chinese writing and communication skills, be able to express information clearly; have basic English reading and writing abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Active and positive, strong learning ability, able to adapt to flexible working hours and a fast-paced work environment.
  • Responsibility and team spirit, able to perform steadily under pressure, and properly execute repetitive but important daily tasks.
  • Need to work on Saturdays and Sundays to meet business needs, accept flexible work schedule (on average, every other week you will need to work on weekends, with specific arrangements depending on actual needs), and be willing to do light physical work (such as moving event supplies).

Benefits

  • Monthly salary of HKD 17,000 to 20,000, depending on experience.
  • Working hours: 12:00-20:00, working 5 days a week, implementing a flexible work schedule, with specific weekend attendance arrangements adjusted according to business needs and provided with compensation leave according to company policy.
  • Enjoy statutory holidays.
  • 7 to 10 days of annual leave, negotiable.
