<p><strong>Exciting things that you will be involved in…</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for end-to-end operations of multiple financial products, including Securities, Fixed Income, Listed Securities, Futures & Options, OTC Derivatives, Structured Products, ETF, and VA.</p></li><li><p>Act as the key coordinator between clients, front office, middle office and back office to ensure smooth trade processing and accurate settlement.</p></li><li><p>Handle post-trade events, including various corporate actions and full trade lifecycle management.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with internal teams and external counterparties (brokers, clearing houses, etc.) to resolve settlement-related issues promptly.</p></li><li><p>Respond to enquiries and requests from front office teams and provide operational support.</p></li><li><p>Complete regulatory and compliance filings, daily/monthly reconciliations, and management reports (including CRS/FATCA compliance).</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.</p></li><li><p>Undertake counterparty management, including broker onboarding and ongoing relationship maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Participate in ad-hoc projects, system development (including UAT), system migration and deployment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>How will you be qualified?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.</p></li><li><p>5-8 years of solid experience in settlement within securities brokerage, Prime Brokerage, or Sell-Side Firms <strong>with hands-on experience in Hong Kong Type 1 License (Securities Trading) related settlement operations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in settlement systems including CCASS/DCASS, Clearstream/Euroclear; in-depth knowledge of securities, fixed income, OTC Derivatives, and Structured Products settlement workflows.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with trading platforms such as SP, TTL, and Interactive Brokers.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills and strong data processing capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Detail-oriented, independent thinker, decisive, and excellent problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work overtime or on public holidays to fulfill ad-hoc tasks and project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).</p></li></ul><p><br></p>
