Every hour $65–$80

Main responsibilities:

* Responsible for daily order processing, packaging, and logistics arrangements

* Provide quality customer service through WhatsApp and social media, including instant replies and friendly communication

* Update online store and social platform product information and simple content

* Assist in the preparation of promotional materials (such as group buying, promotions, live broadcasts, etc.) and logistics arrangements

* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team

Requirements:

* Have excellent customer service skills, be able to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries or complaints

* Be careful with every order to ensure accuracy

* Familiar with Canva or other design tools to create promotional materials is better

* Responsibility, proactive, with good Chinese and English communication skills

* Prepare materials and logistics for promotion campaigns such as group buys, sales, and live events

* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, including daily stand-up meeting

Requirements:

* Outstanding customer service skills: responsive, empathetic, and able to resolve customer issues efficiently

* Detail-oriented to ensure every order is processed accurately

* Experience using Canva or other design tools to create promotional materials is a strong advantage

* Responsible, proactive, and a good communicator in both Chinese and English

* Students are welcome
